Luxury Invites provides premium digital wedding invitation templates, hosting, and RSVP tracking solutions. Upon purchase, users are granted access to customize their chosen digital template with their specific event details, photos, and guest information.

2.1 License to Use

Unless you have explicitly purchased a commercial/studio license, all templates are sold with a single-event, personal-use license. You may use the template solely for your own wedding or event.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on the Luxury Invites website, including without limitation, the designs, templates, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, and interactive features, are owned by or licensed to Luxury Invites and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under international laws.

4. User Content & Responsibilities

Our service allows you to upload text, images, and other content ("User Content") to customize your invitation. You retain full ownership of the User Content you upload.

By uploading User Content, you guarantee that:

• You have the legal right to use and share the content (especially professional photography).
• The content is not defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• The content does not infringe upon the copyrights or trademarks of any third party.

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor and remove any User Content that violates these terms.

5. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees to said payment method.

Because our products are digital assets delivered instantaneously, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a template has been purchased. Please review our comprehensive Refund Policy for further details.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luxury Invites, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions due to server maintenance or third-party hosting outages prior to or during your event.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
